This site is owned and administered by ARCO. ARCO is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by John Fortuna. Any questions or concerns regarding the following policies should be directed to John Fortuna.

Privacy Policy

ARCO does not use your email address or other information to advertise, promote any products or services excluding events and messages sent in good faith, regarding site updates, new services, special offers on ARCO services or affiliates that you have a choice to opt in. Your email address, name, financial information and any other private details you provide during the purchasing process, will not be sold, traded or shared with any other company or group for any reason.

Any personal information revealed in the course of a psychic reading will be held in the strictest of confidence, excluding any specifics regarding, or descriptions of actual criminal activity or if compelled by a court of law. In this case the site administration is required to report said activity to the appropriate authorities.

Any personal information provided on this site’s blog may be viewable by the public. ARCO will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of personal information, by third parties who access this information.

Liability Policy

ARCO and/or John Fortuna will not be held liable for any personal issues arising from the use of this site or its services. Any choices or decisions made as a result of information provided by telephone, email or chat readings is an act of independent will on your part. ARCO is not responsible for the consequences of any such actions.

Use of this site in any form constitutes agreement and understanding that ARCO has, in good faith, offered services which are for entertainment purposes only. Acceptable Use

ARCO requires that users not access this site unless they are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to do so in their place of residence. Any consequences resulting from unlawful use or accessing of this site will be solely the responsibility of the user.

ARCO cannot be held responsible for the behavior or comments by other users on the blog. Use of this areas is provided at your own risk basis.

Any users found to be masking identities or providing false registrations, financial information or payments will be banned from the site and face consequences included but not limited to: being banned from the site, complaints to the offender's ISP, Civil Liabilities, etc…

Fraud will not be tolerated and any offending parties will be prosecuted to the full extent possible.

Publishing

ARCO maintains the right to edit or change as necessary, any text submitted willingly to the site for publishing. This includes blog posts or comments. Changes made will usually be limited to name changes, spelling or grammar corrections and occasionally, sentence restructuring. ARCO will not change the meaning or intent of any text through editing.

Pricing Structure

ARCO reserves the right to reduce or increase prices for services without notice. While ARCO strives to maintain accuracy and clarity in pricing, any promotional prices or previous prices accidentally found anywhere on the site or at any other location, will not be honored unless previously arranged. ARCO will honor the price posted on the purchase. Any disputes in regard to the price will be subject to the guarantee stated above and be offered the option of a refund.

Any unauthorized use of content will result in action by ARCO included but not limited to, complaints to ISP of offender, Civil Liabilities for Copyright violation.
